WHAT IF I GO OUT OF TOWN DURING THE SUMMER?

We get it. We’d do it too, if we could. Every member has one “pass” - one time per season you can coordinate with us before the harvest (read: no later than Monday 8am week of delivery) and we can double up a box for you so you don’t lose out. If you let us know that you would like to use your pass after we have already harvested your vegetables we will not be able to accommodate. If you go out of town more than once during the season we ask that you either find a friend to pick up your share in your place, or ask us to donate your share to our local food bank.

Will i know what’s in each week’s share before i pick up?

Yes! Every week I send out an emailed newsletter before we send out the vegetables - generally Tuesday afternoon. Farmer musings, pictures, and suggested ways to eat the food and keep it fresh included too.

When will i find out pickup details?

We will reach out to members with their pickup locations and details a couple of weeks before the CSA starts.

am i saving money by signing up for a csa vs. shopping at the farmers market?

Yes! Most CSA contents are priced at bulk market prices and we always hook you up when we’re in abundance. As well, you will have the opportunity during the season to buy certain items - like tomatoes - in bulk quantities which is a money saver too.

how do pickups work?

All pickups are no-contact, self-serve affairs. Simply show up during your allotted pickup window at your designated drop site and grab your share.

Please reach out if you have any additional questions.
