COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE

Eat seasonally and support our small farm.

By purchasing a share you are investing in the success of our farm, and building a relationship with the farmers and land that grows your food.

Little Big Farm is a small farm, growing on 2 acres of beautiful, rich soil in Olympia. We specialize in organically-grown seasonal salad crops. While we are not yet certified organic we follow all organic practices with great intention.

WHAT’S IN A BOX?

We are very much a salad-centric farm. This means you will receive salad fixings in every box. Salad mixes, baby arugula, spinach, microgreens, head lettuces. These will be box staples - expect them every week.

In addition, in early summer you can expect the following seasonal items to make their appearances: sugar snap peas, carrots, radishes, beets, sweet salad turnips, bok choi, bunched greens, broccolini, slicing and snacking cucumbers, zucchini, scallions, basil, cilantro, parsley, garlic scapes, asian greens, and more.

In summer and early fall you can expect all of the above as well as tomatoes - heirlooms, slicing, saucing, and cherry (yes, sungolds!), eggplant, peppers, broccoli, cabbage, fresh onions, onions, garlic, dill, watermelon and daikon radishes, and more.

please note some of the things we do not grow: potatoes, corn, berries, winter squash.

PRICE

20 WEEKS OF PRODUCE

an average of 6 items per box

There is a $1/week packaging cost included in the price of the CSA.

$30/week of produce. $620 for 20 weeks

You will sign up for a full-season, 20-week commitment, though we do offer the option to pay in two halves. One half due at signup, the other half due by June 1st. We are happy to provide this option, though we appreciate those who can pay in full doing so, as this income supports our early season investments and purchases - (seeds! fertilizer! irrigation supplies! taxes!).
